Professional Geriatric Care Managers (PGCMs) are trained, experienced professionals who help older people and their families develop solutions to the challenges of aging. PGCMs across the United States are organized in the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Through this organization, they subscribe to a Pledge of Ethics, agree to adhere to professional standards of conduct, and can earn certification as Care Managers.

The standards and ethics of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers provide a solid foundation for our clinical and business practices. All of Elder Care Guides' professional care management staff hold active memberships within the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, and President Norman Hannay is a member of NAPGCM's Leadership Academy.
